SHIPPING, RETURNS, & CANCELLATION POLICIES

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

After you place your order, it will take 2-3 business days to be processed. Once your order is processed, you can expect to receive your packaging within 3-5 business days depending on your location. 

We offer free priority shipping for all domestic orders. over $150.00. For international orders, rates will apply. EBLUXE HAIIR is not responsible for any international fees related to customs, duties or taxes. This will be the responsibility of the receiver.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY?

RETURNS:

IT IS AGAINST FEDERAL LAW TO RE-SELL USED HAIR. WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY HAIR THAT HAS LEFT IT’S ORIGINAL PACKAGING, LOOKS WORN, OR ALTERED IN ANY WAY. All products must have the original tags intact and must be returned in the original packaging.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will allow up to 3 days after you receive your package to submit a return request. All returns must be approved FIRST. Submit your return requests here

If your return request is accepted, we will give you a return number and further instructions. The cost of the return will be the responsibility of the customer. A 15% restock fee will be applied.

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the product and if accepted we will issue you a full refund to your form of payment minus the 15% restock fee, and fees for shipping and returning the package will be deducted. These fees are applicable even if the package is refused or returned by the post office.

NOTHING SENT BACK TO US WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL WILL BE GRANTED A REFUND – AND ANY PACKAGES SENT TO US WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL WILL NOT BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:

Prior to placing your order, please ensure that you have selected the correct items.  Unfortunately, once orders are placed, our production team will begin fulfilling them, so we cannot guarantee that you will be able to alter your order. However, we do understand that mistakes can happen and if you reach out to us immediately and your order has not yet been processed, we will gladly make the necessary corrections.

 

If you wish to make changes to your order after it has been processed, OR cancel your entire order, you will be subject to the 15% restock fee and other fees stated above
